The 3rd annual LIMM Needs and Resources Forum was held in St. Louis, March 30 and 31, 2007 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. The weekend was filled with lots of information, good food and great people.
The theme for the two-day event was Medical Missions: Acts of Mercy and Healing-Gifts in Our Lord’s Name. Congregational leaders and health professionals from Indiana, Michigan, Missouri and Texas presented case studies of their work in partnership with LCMS World Mission and World Relief and Human Care, MOST Ministries, Heart for Honduras, and CALMS. The Bible studies and devotions were led by Bishop Andrew Elisa of the Lutheran Church of Sudan. The Saturday night Recognition Banquet featured speaker Rev.
