Lutherans in Medical Missions congratulates Kurt Buchholz on his recent election as chairman of the board of the International Lutheran Laymen’s League. Kurt has been a long-time friend and supporter of Lutherans in Medical Missions as a Board Adviser for many years. Kurt currently serves as Vice-President of Special Initiatives for Lutheran World Relief and in that capacity serves as LWR Director of the Lutheran Malaria Initiative. “We continue to work closely with Kurt as LIMM supports the Lutheran Malaria Initiative in its effort to eradicate deaths from Malaria in Africa by 2015,” states Bobbie Lautenschlager, CEO of LIMM.
