Lutherans In Medical Missions and Concordia Lutheran Ministries/Angel Tears Ministries are pleased to announce that Molly Christensen, RN has been awarded a $500 grant to help with travel costs on her upcoming LCMS Mercy Medical Team trip to Madagascar.

Below is Molly’s response and some photos of her past work in Madagascar.

I want to thank Lutherans in Medical Missions for the generous grant towards my LCMS Mercy Medical Team (MMT) trip to Madagascar. I am so honored to have been selected to receive this. The MMT trips are such a blessing in my life and you have made it easier for me to say yes to going back! My previous trips have changed my life in many ways. I am a nurse in Iowa and hope to pursue full time mission work with the LCMS. I am really excited to serve on this upcoming trip to Madagascar. It is always a privilege and an honor for me. Thank you for making it possible for me to share God’s love around the world.

With gratitude,
Molly Christensen
