LIMM started a CHE (Community Health Education) program in Chile in 2010 with the help of LIMM Executive Director, Rita Nickel and LIMM Board member, Olga Groh.  In 2012, LIMM facilitated and paid for the Liska’s week long CHE training in Peru.  Below is the Liska’s current newsletter:

In the monthly birthday celebration, Javiera and Pastor Omar were the protagonists.
Improvement in the church: this month the ceiling is ready!
November

We have started with the Biblical Studies

Since early November, at 19 pm on Saturdays, we began with the study of the book of Revelation (this is the first Bible activity for adults). The participation was 10 people in the second study.

New cooking class for girls

Every Friday since November we met at 19 pm to learn especially christmas recipes. On Friday December 21, each participant will take home a sample of what they have learned to share with their families
In the first class they cooked the cake for the birthday celebration.

Christmas Crafts

On Saturday 30, 15 women participated in a decopage class Irene (member of the congregation of Talca) taught them.
The course will continue with other crafts during the month of December.
