LIMM welcomes Sharon Thomas, RN, to its Board of Directors. Sharon has volunteered and served on 14 medical mission teams in the past 5 years and has served as a team leader on 11 of these trips. Her trips have been to Kenya, Madagascar, Indonesia, Haiti, Dominican Republic, Belize and Mexico. She was with the first LCMS team to deliver care after the Haiti earthquake in 2010. Sharon loves serving in the mission field on short term teams, and loves the opportunity to serve Christ in providing care to those in need, both home and abroad.
